Medical Center Tenbosch-Châtelain (Ixelles) — consultations for stress, fatigue, and weight regulation
Have you been experiencing any of this lately?
Fatigue, stress, bad sleep.
You wake up tired, push through the day, and struggle to relax at night. Even when you eat well or exercise, your energy doesn’t come back. We identify what’s blocking your recovery - biologically.

Weight and regulation.
Your weight fluctuates. Hunger, cravings or hormones feel unpredictable. You are disciplined, but nothing changes. We look for the underlying mechanisms that explain why.
Blood tests look “normal”, yet something feels off. Low focus, poor sleep, irritability - small signals that your system is overloaded.
We clarify what’s going on before it becomes a symptom.
When nothing adds up.

Maxime Czapski
Graduate in Nutrition and Micronutrition (CERDEN®).
Currently pursuing university studies in Psychology with a focus on an integrative body-mind approach (University of Mons, Belgium).
I work with people who feel that their body is no longer keeping up: too much stress, too much fatigue, and increasing difficulty maintaining stable weight, energy, or sleep.
My work focuses on understanding why the body no longer responds as it used to - and on restoring its capacity to adapt.
I offer discreet, personalised consultations in Ixelles (Medical Center Tenbosch-Châtelain), in a space designed for calm, discretion, and structured work.
Approach
A nutritional approach focused on the mechanisms most often involved: stress, appetite, sleep, and inflammation.
A comprehensive understanding of your real-life context - no generic advice, no standard plans.
Objective data from a medical-grade Class IIa body composition device, complemented by relevant blood test results.
Each symptom is considered within a functional framework: the aim is to identify underlying causes, not just relieve effects.
A professional approach that is ethical, sober, and grounded in science.
No miracle promises. No trends. No shortcuts.
Each protocol is individualised, careful, progressive - and always explained.

What is Micronutrition?
Micronutrition explores how nutrients - including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fatty acids - contribute to the body’s ability to maintain balance over time.
Appearing in the early 1990s, this approach goes beyond preventing deficiencies. It focuses on the body’s deeper regulation systems - nervous, hormonal, digestive, and immune - so they can continue to respond effectively to daily demands, ageing, and stress.
Nearly 80% of modern chronic conditions are thought to be linked to lifestyle and nutrition. Rather than applying generic advice, micronutrition considers your individual biological profile.
It adapts care to your personal context - helping to address functional imbalances before they evolve into long-term issues. The aim is to support what keeps the body stable - energy, sleep, digestion, mental clarity - and to do so early, before disruption becomes visible.
